By using AstroShruti — the app, the website, or any of its features — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. These terms apply to everyone who uses AstroShruti, on Android, iOS or the web.

AstroShruti provides astrological guidance, almanac (panchang) information and related tools for reflection, study and self-understanding. Astrology in our tradition is a lamp, not a chain: it offers perspective, it does not dictate your life. Nothing on AstroShruti — including any chart, dasha, prediction, report or Agastya AI response — is a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal, financial, psychological or other important decisions, please consult a qualified professional. You remain responsible for the choices you make.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you enter. Astrology is sensitive to the exact date, time and place of birth, and an incorrect birth time will produce an incorrect chart — the calculations can only be as accurate as the information you provide. You are also responsible for keeping your account secure: sign in through Google, keep your device safe, and do not share access you do not intend to.

Please use AstroShruti lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, use it to harm or harass others, or attempt to access data that is not yours. Misuse of the service may lead to suspension or termination of access.

AstroShruti offers a generous free tier alongside paid Plus and Pro tiers and, in some regions, astrologer consultations. Paid features, allowances (such as the monthly Agastya AI allowance on Plus) and their availability may change as the product evolves. Where a payment is involved, the terms shown at the point of purchase apply.

The AstroShruti name, design, software, generated reports and original written content are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your personal astrology; you may not copy, resell or redistribute them except as the service explicitly allows. The charts and readings generated for your own birth data are yours to use for yourself.

AstroShruti is provided “as is”. While we compute with high-precision ephemeris data and validate our results carefully, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, AstroShruti is not liable for decisions you make based on the guidance it provides.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date shown on this page, and continued use of AstroShruti means you accept the current terms.
