Going through a hard time? Talk to us — free
Life can get heavy. If you're struggling and need a kind, human response, you can write to us — for free.
Free, and answered by an experienced astrologer
Tell us what you're going through in your own words. An experienced astrologer on our panel reads every message. Because this is a free service, we can't promise a reply or a response time — but we read what comes in and respond when we can.
You'll sign in first (so we can reply to you privately), then write your request.
If you're in immediate danger
This service is not a crisis or emergency line, and it isn't monitored around the clock. If you or someone else may be in danger right now, please contact your local emergency services or a suicide-prevention helpline immediately — they can help straight away.
How it works
What this is — and isn't
It is: a free, human, compassionate ear for a hard time — relationships, career worries, family, health anxieties, or just feeling lost.
It isn't: a paid consultation, medical or legal advice, or an emergency service. For a detailed astrological reading you can consult our astrologers or Agastya AI in the app.
Please reach out here only for genuinely serious concerns. For everyday questions about your life or birth chart, consulting one of our astrologers or Agastya AI first will usually get you a faster and fuller answer.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Submitting a help request costs nothing. It's separate from our paid astrologer consultations and Agastya AI.
Will I definitely get a reply?
We read every message, but because this is a free service run by a small team we can't guarantee a reply or a response time. We respond when we can, and prioritize the most urgent messages.
Who answers my request?
Experienced astrologers on our panel — not a generic support desk. Your request and their reply are private to you and aren't shown publicly.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a quick Google sign-in. It lets us reply to you privately in the app and keeps your request tied to you.
Is this a crisis or emergency service?
No. It isn't monitored around the clock and isn't a substitute for professional help. If you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a suicide-prevention helpline right away.
